If you are hosting a corporate or business-related Virtual Spa Party, we can accommodate up to 30 people per session. If you have more than 30 people on your team, we can set up multiple Virtual Spa Party sessions.

Our Virtual Spa Parties last 60 minutes. We’re happy to add more time for personalized recommendations and questions. The rate for extra time is $75 per 30 minutes.

We use professional-grade and award-winning skincare lines which meet U.S. and EU organic standards. These products are safe for all skin types, including those who are pregnant or going through cancer treatments.

We create and customize the kits using the most popular items. We ask that each guest complete a questionnaire at least three weeks ahead of the event. This gives us the information needed for customization and a comfortable lead time to ensure kits are shipped, delivered and received prior to the party.

Our standard Virtual Spa Party Kits include everything that your employees will need for their at-home facials. But, we’re more than happy to work with you to add special items, like candles and aromatherapy oils that will assist them in setting up an at-home spa experience. Please let us know your interest in adding to your kit when you complete our host form.

Our Virtual Spa Parties can be scheduled on Wednesdays and Fridays. Subject to availability, parties can be booked from 11:30am to 5:30pm PST on Wednesdays and from 12pm to 3pm up to 3:00 PM PST on Fridays. Our team is based in California, so times will vary based on your time zone. We can adjust to meet international participants.

We charge the host a 50% deposit to secure a Virtual Spa Party booking. Deposit payments will be deducted from the final invoice.

If the host is paying for all the participants, we’ll send you an invoice for the kits and shipping fees that you can pay online. This invoice must be paid before we can ship out the kits to your guest.

If individuals are paying for their kits, we’ll track their payments when they order their kits on our website and adjust the final invoice to the host accordingly.

Yes. We'll need the following information for each guest: name, email, phone, address, skin type, use of prescription topicals, and allergies. Please use our Guest Information Spreadsheet to organize your guests’ details. You may email it to us after booking.

Then, we’ll send you an invoice for the kits and shipping fees that you can pay online. This invoice must be paid before we can ship out the kits to your guests.

Please schedule your Virtual Spa Party at least three weeks in advance to allow time for us to customize and ship the at-home facial kits to your guests. We ship via USPS. However, we can also ship overnight or express at an additional cost.

A Virtual Spa Party is meant to host a group of guests and lead them on a mini-facial treatment by a licensed esthetician. Our Virtual Facials and Online Skin Care Consultations are intended for individuals who wish to receive professional skin care treatments and support from the comfort of their homes.

Yes! Our Virtual Spa Parties have been popular with business teams who wish to offer wellness incentives and team-building experiences.
