COVID-19 Safety Precautions

Providing a clean, safe environment for you and your service is our #1 priority. Our staff already followed strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols regulated by local agencies before the effects of COVID-19, but we’ve now adopted extra safety precautions and placed even greater emphasis on deep cleaning. We remain committed to continually evaluating what must be done to meet the needs of our customers and adhere to (and exceed) both Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and state regulations.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

The following safety precautions are being taken to protect the health and well-being of you and our staff during your visit:

  • Our staff has taken a refresher course on Salon/Spa Infection Control and earned certificates (displayed in the treatment room).

  • Our staff wash their hands thoroughly before and after contact with every client.

  • Our spa uses an EPA-registered disinfectant on tools, containers, and all surfaces that you may come in contact with during your visit. We are disinfecting treatment products and equipment between each service

  • Our staff will wear new protective gear (including gloves and masks) for each client and at times must be changed during the service.

  • We have adjusted appointment times to ensure extra space between clients.

CLIENT GUIDELINES

We ask that our clients support the health of our community by following these guidelines:

  • Reschedule your appointment if you’re not feeling well, have a fever or have been in contact with someone who is sick.

  • Wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds before beginning your treatment.

  • Wear a mask or face covering when entering and after your appointment.

  • Please respect social distancing mandates while waiting for your appointment and as you leave the spa.

We are working hard to keep you and our spa community safe, and we know we can count on you too.

Attire & Preparation

Due to the new Covid-19 safety precautions, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Please feel free to wear your own loose-fitting clothing for your appointment.

Shaving is recommended, but not necessary, for men prior to a facial. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair-removal services. It is recommended that contact lenses be removed for the facial treatments.

Medical Conditions & Allergies

When booking your appointments, please notify us about any physical ailments, medical conditions and allergies. This will allow us to further personalize your treatments. Special circumstances may include pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions or other medical conditions. Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.

Cancellation Policy

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance, and a reminder is sent again 24 hours before your appointment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

  • A credit card is requested to "HOLD" your appointment and will only be charged if you miss your appointment.
