At Moonstone, we see the best results when skin care is consistent. Many clients want to come in regularly, but busy schedules or decision fatigue get in the way, creating long gaps between appointments. Our memberships were created to support consistency, simplify planning, and provide ongoing professional guidance over time to help our clients reach their skincare goals.

Moonstone Essential Membership
Foundational monthly care for maintaining healthy, balanced skin.
Includes:
One basic facial per month (choose from Restorative Facial, Clarifying Facial, or Men’s Facial)
5% discount on retail products
5% discount on integrated add-on enhancements
One complimentary add-on every three months
Complimentary full-size product during your birthday month
Best for: Clients focused on maintenance, balance, and long-term skin health who want a consistent monthly routine.

Results-driven monthly care using advanced treatments.
Includes:
One advanced facial per month (choose from HydroDiamond Facial, NanoFusion Facial, Clarifying Facial w/Dermaplaning, or MD Chemical Peel)
15% discount on retail products
15% discount on integrated add-on enhancements
One complimentary add-on every three months
Complimentary full-size product during your birthday month
Moonstone T-shirt or tote bag welcome gift
Best for: Clients actively working on skin refinement, texture, aging concerns, or congestion who benefit from advanced tools and treatments.
Price: $305 per month
Membership services are subject to Moonstone’s standard cancellation, late-rescheduling, and no-show policies.
Common Questions
Do I have to join?
No. Memberships are completely optional. Many clients continue to book individual services and are happy doing so.
What if I can’t come in one month?
If you know in advance that you won’t be able to come in for a given month, we offer a one-time courtesy rollover by extending your membership by one month at no charge. Additional missed months may not be carried over or made up.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a membership appointment?
Membership appointments follow Moonstone’s standard cancellation, late-rescheduling, and no-show policies. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are considered used services and may not be rolled over.
Do I have to choose the same facial every month?
No. Your esthetician will help guide service selection each month based on your skin’s current needs and goals, within your membership tier.
Are memberships transferable?
No. Memberships are for the enrolled client only.
Can I try an advanced facial if I’m on the Essential Membership?
Yes. Members are welcome to explore advanced treatments at any time. If you’d like to receive an advanced facial during a given month, you may do so by paying the difference between your included membership facial and the advanced service you choose.
Can I use my product discount between appointments?
Yes. Your membership product discount applies to any retail purchases you make while your membership is active, not just on the day of your facial.
My schedule is unpredictable or I travel frequently. Is a membership still a good fit?
Memberships work best for clients who can generally plan for regular visits. If your schedule changes often or you prefer more flexibility, booking individual services as needed may be the better option. We’re always happy to support your skin care in whatever way fits your lifestyle best.
